Highly recommend this place especially for tapas and fish . Lovely set out restaurant. We were a big party but all our requests including dietary were fully accommodated with no problem. The food was all delicious - huge langoustines in a lovely sauce , sole with bananas and sauce and the mussels were standouts . Lots of great tapas selections. Our first time here but definitely will be back .Posted on Tripadvisor![]()

This is a must if in the village. We went here for a lovely dinner on Friday after a day drinking. The meals were all lovely especially the fish and chips - way above expectations. Kind staff and a lovely atmosphere. We stuck our head in on the Saturday too and sat outside with some drinks. Didn’t expect a place like this to be in Blairgowrie. Would drive from Glasgow just for lunch!Posted on Tripadvisor![]()

Highlight of the trip! I took an old friend who’d not been lucky enough to have dined at Willie Littles restaurant before. She was so impressed with the menu and though I’d been before a few times , we were really spoilt for choice. The halibut was divine … succulent , delicious and the broccoli perfect , …the rosti still had a crispy edge. We both fancied the rhubarb cheese cake but I decided on the panna cotta with boozy berries! Both were fab! ( that ages me) The waitress was very attentive and v friendly and we were treated to a visit from the chef himself! An amusing and informative mein host! Thank you so much to Willie and his team. A wonderful experience! Don’t think twice if passing! Always so worth visiting!Posted on Tripadvisor![]()

The best reason to visit Blairgowrie The chef /patron Willie Little closed his previous restaurant due to ill health, but now recovered he has re-opened as Church Tapas and grill in the same gorgeous premises. We had a 3 course lunch mainly from the specials board. I should have taken photos but as soon as it came I just wanted to tuck in. We both had crab, baked in its shell with a Welsh Rarebit sauce (£9.95 each), followed by grilled lobster with melted butter served with twice cooked chips (£25 each) there was a choice of veg but we didn't bother. Then he had an excellent sticky toffee pudding with ice cream (£8.95), and I had toasted home made marshmallow with home made lemon curd(£8.95). All washed down by some Pinot Grigio. Food for the gods, a truly ambrosial feast. The staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy and Willie Little certainly hasn't lost his touch. We'll definitely be back.Posted on Tripadvisor![]()
